Every verified skill becomes a brick. Darker bricks are deeper proof. Empty cells are skills waiting for evidence.

How verification works

Five stages, one outcome: a brick you earned.

  1. Stage 1

    Calibration

    A short calibration sets the difficulty so the real assessment is not too hard or too soft. You will know roughly what you are walking into.

  2. Stage 2

    Scenario question

    A real-world situation. You describe how you would approach it in your own words. No multiple choice, no fill-in-the-blank.

  3. Stage 3

    Follow-up probe

    An AI examiner asks follow-up questions tied to your specific answer. Hand-waving gets caught. Real thinking gets rewarded.

  4. Stage 4

    Live task in a real environment

    A real k3s namespace or Linux container with something broken. You use your own commands. A real-time agent observes, reasons, and occasionally asks why. It never takes actions for you.

  5. Stage 5

    Process intelligence scoring

    Diagnostic sequence, command efficiency, hypothesis formation, recovery from mistakes. We score how you think, not just whether the cluster ended up green. Your brick and tier come from the combined signal.

All five stages run in a single continuous session. Disconnects up to 30 minutes are handled; your timer pauses and your work is preserved.

Anonymous by default

Your name stays yours until you decide otherwise.

  • Recruiters see your wall, your scores, and your full proof trail, never your name, photo, or contact details.
  • Public wall URLs use a random reference, never a real name. Logs, caches, and analytics are scrubbed of identifiers.
  • Identity is revealed only when a recruiter spends a credit to unlock you, and messaging happens in-platform. You always control the reply.
  • Self-service data export and erasure at any time. 30-day response window for GDPR requests.
