- Do candidates pay anything?
- No. Candidates never pay - not to sign up, not to take assessments, not to be contacted. The platform is funded entirely by recruiter credits.
- What does one credit buy me?
- One credit unlocks one candidate's identity and proof trail permanently. It is not a subscription-gated view - once unlocked, you keep access.
- What if a candidate does not respond?
- We credit 100% back automatically if they do not reply within 14 days of your first in-platform message. No ticket, no argument.
- Do credits expire?
- Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Hire cycles are lumpy and we do not punish you for a quiet quarter.
- Is VAT included?
- Prices shown are pre-VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout via Stripe Tax, and a compliant invoice is emailed to you immediately.
- Which currencies are supported?
- GBP only for launch, billed via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported. EUR and USD come once we enter those markets.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes, at any time - subscriptions bill monthly with no minimum term, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits you have already received stay valid until their expiry date; you just stop receiving new ones.
